Cam is passionate about grappling as a coach and competitor. Cam started wrestling fresh out of diapers and continued into college. After training Submission Wrestling as a hobby in his early twenties with some notable UFC fighters, Cam took a break to focus on family. Later, Cam was invited to a jiu-jitsu class at Rice Brothers Jiujitsu in Redding California where his love for higher level grappling was reignited. He has since trained and competed at the highest levels of grappling at tournaments like IBJJF WORLDS, winning medals at IBJJF Nationals, IBJJF Opens, And Taking gold at The US Open. Cams Philosophy is that everyone should have access to up-to-date high level jiu-jitsu techniques, and that jiu-jitsu is the best thing you can do for personal growth and to instill confidence and kindness into children.
Sebastian is a dedicated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) practitioner and instructor at Montana MMA. He’s fought on some of the biggest stages in Southern Thailand, gaining invaluable experience in the heart of Muay Thai’s birthplace. That time in the ring taught him more than just technique—it deepened his respect for the art and sharpened his ability to coach others through their own journey.
Sterling’s athletic roots run deep. He played Division 1 football at Tulane University, where he developed the drive and discipline that continue to define his approach today. Now serving as an Infantry Officer in the Montana Army National Guard, he brings a level of leadership and intensity that inspires those around him.

Patrick grew up in Manhattan, MT and began his journey in mixed martial arts in 2012. His passion for the sport was put on hold as he took time off to serve his country in the United States Marine Corps.
After completing his service, Patrick returned to his hometown with his family of four, eager to contribute to the local MMA community. He believes that mixed martial arts is more than just a sport; it is a powerful tool for personal development, instilling values such as respect, perseverance, and confidence in young athletes.
As a father, Patrick understands the importance of instilling strong values in the next generation. He enjoys connecting with each child, tailoring his coaching methods to meet their unique needs and aspirations. Patrick believes that every student has the potential to excel, and his goal is to help them realize that potential through focused training and encouragement.
Kara discovered High fitness in 2019 and felt a pull to start teaching group fitness. Certified in 3 of the 4 formats along with step and barre, teaching has brought so much happiness and a change in health that Kara is so grateful for.
Kara is so lucky to have the best cheerleaders in her husband and 3 kiddos. Kara also enjoys reading, being outside in the sun, trying new food, things, and places with her family.
Originally from Astoria, Oregon, I moved to Three Forks in 2021 with my husband and our three kids. Since then, I’ve coached the Three Forks High School cheer team and taught dance fitness through the school’s adult education program each spring.
I grew up dancing in a small hometown studio and have always had a passion for movement, music, and connecting with people. I love getting fit through dance, it doesn’t even feel like work!
With over two decades of dedicated yoga practice and four years of teaching experience, Michelle brings a deep well of knowledge and compassion to your classes, guiding students on a transformative journey of strength and mindfulness. Alongside Michelle's yoga expertise, she has spent 12 years mastering the art of arboriculture, nurturing trees and fostering harmony between people and nature. She is an avid snowboarder and loves all things outdoors. She is a 200 CYT, SUP 101 instructor, SUP Yoga and Fitness Instructor.
