Cam is deeply passionate about grappling, both as a coach and a competitor. He began his wrestling journey fresh out of diapers and continued all the way through college. In his early twenties, Cam trained in Submission Wrestling as a hobby alongside some notable UFC fighters. After taking a break to focus on family, Cam's love for grappling was reignited when he was invited to a jiu-jitsu class at Rice Brothers Jiujitsu in Redding, California. Since then, he has trained and competed at the highest levels of grappling, participating in prestigious tournaments such as IBJJF WORLDS, where he has won medals at IBJJF Nationals, IBJJF Opens, and even took gold at The US Open. Cam believes that everyone should have access to the latest high-level jiu-jitsu techniques, emphasizing that jiu-jitsu is the best activity for personal growth, as well as instilling confidence and kindness in children.
Sebastian is a dedicated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) practitioner and instructor at Montana MMA. With years of experience on the mats, he has honed his skills through rigorous training and a passion for helping others improve in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Having fought on some of the biggest stages in Southern Thailand, Sterling gained invaluable experience right in the heart of Muay Thai's birthplace. This time spent in the ring not only honed his technical skills but also deepened his respect for the art, enhancing his ability to guide others through their own Muay Thai journey.
Sterling's athletic background is impressive, having played Division 1 football at Tulane University, where he cultivated the drive and discipline that define his coaching style today. Currently serving as an Infantry Officer in the Montana Army National Guard, he brings a level of leadership and intensity that inspires those around him.

Patrick grew up in Manhattan, MT, and began his journey in mixed martial arts in 2012. His passion for the sport was put on hold as he took time off to serve his country in the United States Marine Corps.
After completing his service, Patrick returned to his hometown with his family of four, eager to contribute to the local mixed martial arts community. He believes that mixed martial arts is more than just a sport; it is a powerful tool for personal development, instilling values such as respect, perseverance, and confidence in young athletes.
As a dedicated father, Patrick understands the importance of instilling strong values in the next generation. He enjoys connecting with each child, tailoring his coaching methods to meet their unique needs and aspirations. Patrick believes that every student has the potential to excel in mixed martial arts, and his goal is to help them realize that potential through focused training and encouragement.
Kara discovered High fitness in 2019 and felt a strong pull to start teaching group fitness classes. Certified in 3 of the 4 formats, along with step and barre, teaching has brought Kara immense happiness and a significant change in her health, for which she is truly grateful.
Kara considers herself fortunate to have the best cheerleaders in her husband and 3 kiddos. In her free time, Kara enjoys reading, spending time outdoors in the sun, and exploring new foods, activities, and places with her family.
Originally from Astoria, Oregon, I relocated to Three Forks in 2021 with my husband and our three kids. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of coaching the cheer team at Three Forks High School and teaching dance fitness through the school’s adult education program every spring.
Having grown up dancing in a small hometown studio, I have always been passionate about movement, music, and connecting with others. Getting fit through dance is something I truly enjoy; it doesn’t even feel like work!
With over two decades of dedicated yoga practice and four years of teaching experience, Michelle brings a deep well of knowledge and compassion to her yoga classes, guiding students on a transformative journey of strength and mindfulness. Alongside her yoga expertise, Michelle has spent 12 years mastering the art of arboriculture, nurturing trees and fostering harmony between people and nature. An avid snowboarder, she loves all things outdoors. Michelle is a certified 200 CYT, a SUP 101 instructor, and a SUP Yoga and Fitness Instructor.
Whether on the yoga mat, among the trees, or on the water, Michelle inspires others with her passion, resilience, and wholehearted approach to everything she does.
